Jerry Varner has spent much of his life (since graduating from Nyack College in 1995) working with students, young adults, and church leaders. He loves cheeseburgers almost as much as helping young people discover who they are in Christ and creating spaces where faith can be explored honestly and critically. When he's not teaching, writing, or encouraging ministry leaders, you'll usually find him investing in people, telling his 70 lb. sheepadoodle "Winston" to calm down, and daydreaming about his grandkids.
